At Tee Customizers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please note the following conditions and guidelines:

Eligibility for Return

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Products should not have been washed or used.

Exchanges and Refunds:

  • Product without customized name and number can be exchanged for the same value item or returned for a refund.
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee for any returns or exchanges.

Returning Your Purchase

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
  • Our team will assist you in the return process and provide you with a return address.
  • Upon receipt of your returned parcel, it will be checked by our fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt).
  • If the returned item meets the criteria, your refunds will be processed promptly, but the time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
